Top Drawer Consultants has undertaken over 250 investigations and is regularly called on to train staff within larger organisations to run their own investigations. Shayne is an internationally-recognised consultant and author on the topic of workplace bullying and harassment. She is a Board Member for the International Association on Workplace Bullying and Harassment and has chaired and presented at conferences on this topic in New Zealand and beyond.
