Celebrate, share and win with Mitre 10

To go in the draw, you just need to:

1. take an engaging photo, video or screenshot of you celebrating during the 2021 HeadFit Awards Ceremony live stream
2. share it on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with your insights on the HeadFit Awards, the awards ceremony or workplace mental health
3. use the hashtag #HeadFitAwards and @tag our account on that platform

HOW TO ENTER

You’ll need to do all of the following in order to enter the competition:

• take an engaging photo, video or screenshot of you celebrating during the 2021 HeadFit Awards Ceremony live stream
• share it on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter with your insights on the HeadFit Awards, the awards ceremony or workplace mental health
• make sure you use the hashtag #HeadFitAwards and @tag our account on that platform
• your post msut be shared during the awards ceremony live stream or within 24 hours after the live stream finishes

PRIZE

• All valid entries go in the draw to win a $1,000 Mitre 10 Gift Card.
• One (1) prize is available. The prize is subject to Mitre 10’s standard Gift Card terms and conditions.
• The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address within New Zealand.

PRIZE DRAW

• The winner is the person whose name or social media handle is drawn in the main prize draw held on 8 April 2022 or the unclaimed prize draw held on 15 April 2022 (if applicable).
• The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries. The first valid entry drawn will win.
• We will endeavour to contact the winner via the social media channel used for their entry (or by phone or email, if we already hold the winner’s contact details). If the winner does not respond within 7 days with their full name and a delivery address for the prize, the prize will be forfeited and another winner drawn.
• We are not responsible for any notification that is misdirected, lost or damaged, or if the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

• By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that we and Mitre 10 may use the winner’s name, town/city and photograph for publicity purposes relating to this competition, including in public relations and marketing material, in any form of media, without payment or any other compensation.
• We collect and use personal information in order to conduct this competition. We will disclose this information to third parties only for the purpose of this competition, and otherwise only in accordance with our privacy policy.

OTHER TERMS

• The promoter of this competition is HeadFit Foundation Limited (HeadFit). References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms are references to HeadFit Foundation Limited.
• Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms as amended or modified from time to time.
• This competition is only open to eligible entrants, being individuals who: (i) are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older; and (ii) are not employees of Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited, a Mitre 10 Store, HeadFit Foundation Limited, or a spouse, defacto partner, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such employee; and (iii) are not professionally connected with the competition.
• We reserve the right to verify the validity and eligibility of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
• Failure by us to enforce any of our rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• Our decision on any matter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If the prize is unavailable, the we may at our option substitute the prize with a prize equal to or greater in value.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, we (including our officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies) exclude all liability for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where attributable to any of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under our control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by us) due to any reason beyond our reasonable control; (d) any tax liability incurred by a claimant or entrant; or (e) use of the prize.
• We are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the competition and to amend these terms at any time.
